Welcome to Utterly Art

Chng Chin Kang (b.1963) graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts with a Diploma in Fine Arts (1988) and from the University of Central England (Birmingham,UK) with a Masters in Arts and Education (1998). A multi-award-winning artist, he won Juror’s Choice at the Philip Morris Singapore Art Awards twice (1996, 1997), First Prize (Representational Medium) (1997) and subsequently Grand Prize (1998) at the UOB Painting of the Year Competition. He has spent artist residencies at the Vermont Studio Centre (2003) and the Klondike Institute of Art and Culture (2004). Having exhibited in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Philippines and the USA, Mix-Up is his sixth solo exhibition.
