Philippines
Born in Zamboanga in 1984, Winner spent four years at the Philippine High School for the Arts at Los Banos in Laguna before proceeding to graduate from the University of the Philippines as a painting major. He is a 13 artist awardee of the Cultural Centre of the Philippines for 2009, and has been auctioned in both Sotheby's and Christie's.
